town. Our meeting had a quorum, so any decisions to be made
could be done.

The ag district review manual was looked over by Mr. Bonn.
Ag district #1 is about due to come up for review. Most of
the review to come under the Ag District Review Committee.

Mr. Bonn decided he would see Mr. Frank Liguori and either
the planning board meet with him or possibility of he coming to
one of our meetings.
Mr. Tarr, from Town Board, is to look into following con-
cerns for planning board:
1) we are short one member and would like to fill that
vacancy
2) Mr. Lavine suggested with the high cost of gas, it
would be nice if the planning board members were
reimbursed for mileage to meetings.
3) Also planning board is waiting for some decision from
Town Board concerning banning transportation of.
nuclear waste.or other chemicals. Mr. Lavine is
concerned about getting an answer on this resolution.
Mr. Cor Drost, who is planning a sub - division in Ellis
• Hollow, asked about approving one section of .road to be conveyed
to Town of Dryden. Road is same as it was four or five years ago
when they put in more of Woodland Road. When put in before they
went further than suppose to go.

Mrs: Drost will contact Greg Humphrey on approving turn - around..
Planning Board -2- February 21, 1980
I;
Based on Mr. Humphrey's report to the Planning Board, we
could schedule final approval at next meeting.
Mr. Lavine suggested that dimension of the area be known
so the Planning Board can be sure that the driveway is fronting
on what will be public road.
Motion to adjourn meeting accepted by Mr. Lavine and
second by Mr. Kibel.

Respectfully submitted,
