Stewart Due to the board not having a quorum, no decision could be made at the following hearing. Hearing: Rocco Lucente, Sub - Division North Caswell Road Mr. Fabroni presented an updated topography map with following changes; 1) this map showed exact location of creek, before approximate location. 2) approximately twenty lots would drain toward.stream 3) culverts would be 30" pipe going under Caswell Road. Thirty dots would drain to south, eight to ten to southeast, and twenty to twenty -two into a stream, then into a pond and finally to Fall Creek. 4) traffic estimated at five hundred cars a day, based on ten trips per lot per day. 0 5) roads would be built to town of Dryden specifications. 6) sewage would be fill system with potential sewer tie -in toI:Ztna. 7) Park area - sketchy. What about maintenance and ownership. 8) houses would be single family dwellings, some with apartments. Ranging in price from $60,000.00. Several Etna area residents voiced their opposition to the development stating following reasons: 1) traffic -Upper Creek Road narrow, poor visibility, can't take more traffic. Widening of road would cut into people's property and driveways. 2) more children, which would mean possibility of building new schools. 3) transient people, too many people in too small an area. 4) Mr. Lucente is known as a high- density builder, renting homes, and building with apartments in homes. 5) developing can't be stopped but, possibly number of homes could • - be reduced. 6) can Fall Creek take additional drainage caused by this new sub- division. l Planning Board -2- Area residents who voiced opinions.
