y- seven,
He stated there is no foreseeable problem concerning the roadway.
A concern with drainage:
The way road slopes there will be three under drains on
the road itself to get water out of low spots. First
of 12" metal or corregated concrete to go between lots
sixteen and seventeen with swale and end up in wet lands.
Intersection of Sundown with two ditch system coming together.
Best way to install catch basin, drainage easement to common
property line back to wet land.
Maintenance foi^- drainage must be kept up and could be settled by:
1) deed restrmction stating must be maintained
2) file construction plan with note stating drains to be
kept free of obstructions.

This plan involves SEQR, due to not meeting November 1st deadline.
Would like planning board to be lead agency and send letters to County
Planning Board, DEC in Syracuse DEC in Cortland and Health Department,
stating negative declaration concerning the sub- division. They would
have fifteen days deadline to get answer back to town planning board.
Other Discussion.
