At the planning board's meeting, April 20, 1978, Mr. Arneson's plan to
build five houses on land off Beachnut Terrace was approv ed for the next
step.
Since then, the land has been surveyed with the following changes:
1) north section of land not as appeared on map.
2) building further east than on sketch.
3) due to changes, the road won't go as far.
4) will now be four lots instead of five.

cussed plans received by mail.

Other discussion:
Thb County Planning Board met June 12, 1978 to discuss what to do
about Route 96. A good turn out with all concern groups represented.
The main comments from the public was there is a definite problem but,
see what can be done with the least impact, least amount of money and
least amount of dislocation of people.
Nothing definite about what to do with more proposals drawn up and
presented. Hope to vote at the next County Planning Board meeting.

Mrs. Caldwell is to check about ordinances in other townships and report
at later meeting.
Mr. Bonn also wanted some action on our motion about visibility on
Sapsucker and Hanshaw Roads from the Town Board.
Mr. Lavine was appointed to represent the Planning Board concerning
the Owasco Water Shed problem. A drawing was presented showing an area
of Dryden involved with the Owasco Water Shed. The area involves
mostly farm land in Freeville area with the dividing line between Fall
Creek Water Shed and Owasco Water Shed being at the top of Ed Hill Road.
If restrictions are drawn up, concerning the water, Dryden residents
in the Owasco Water Shed area should be aware of this.
Respectfully submitted,
Joan Bray
