The Board of Health suggested to keep lots to a minimum
of five acres so no worry about drainage.
The lots will be heavily wooded and due to this could
harvest wood for heating. There should be restrictions on
how much of a percentage of trees should be cut in a year, to
minimize run off.
A culvert will be installed for crossing of stream.
• Sunny Slope Terrace on downstream side is handled by culvert
and no problems with flooding.
Northwest lot there is 200' approximate distance botween
right'of way and ravine. Can get proper frontage on that lot?
Could drop line between northwest and southwest lot and could
still get some frontage.
Mr. Lavine recommended Mr. Arneson go to next step, but
would like to see something more definite on committed deeded
road crossing the stream and specifications for drainage etc.
Motion seconded by D. Levin and carried unanimously.
Mrs. Nancy Swader - 1097 Warren Road
She was here on her bank recommendation as to whether

reached by a long driveway off 50' frontage. Possibly origina-
lly reserved for future roadway for development of land.
She just acquired back property of 90 acres, through death
of father, but not sure if will develop the land. Approxi-
Is mately 1/3 of land is all that could be developed.
