Asked. the Board for some information on drainage. Itr. Camp tallied with fir.
Lucente. Ditch is presently behind ^tr. Camp's house and qtr. Camp has
planted trees by it. Mr. Camp wants to know that the legality is, who takes
care of.ditch, and who is responsible for same. Apparently, Mr. Camp owns
half of - ditch. PLanninq Board advised r1r. Camp to contact and attorney on
.this matter as they cannot rule on this.

Humphrey had approved the road concept. Mr. Cotterill said he wants to build
his own home on 10 acres at the dead end of the new road, and build another i
house for sale where that road would intersect with the Virgil Rd. Anplicant
wants question answered of whether or not Town will accept road. It would
have to.be:a public road in order for the electric company to provide I
sufficient power for several homes. Overhead electricity is considerably I
cheaper than going underground. Applicant stated the only reason he was j
seeking a public road now was to get the -electric question solved.

NWour -unit subdivision on a new road to be built off Fllis Hollow Rd. One
entryway to subdivision. Six acres overall. Lots 1 -112 acres each. Frontage
varies. Houses will be built on slabs. Rustic houses set in woods. Road
reviewed by County Engineers. Health Dent. accepted annlication up to four
lots and reviewed on an individual lot basis. Several of the neighbors
opposed the subdivision, saying additional wells required to service the
houses will affect the output of existing wells, and on the basis that soil
is too poor for proper sewage disposal. Planninn Board members said that
sewer and-water considerations were beyond the scope of the Board and that
it is limited to an examination of the concept to see if it complies with
local guidelines, which the Planning Board said were fulfilled,

disposal.
