Reached agreement on specifications of road that is required. Highudy aupvr.'
Humphrey wants road completed 2nd week of Sept. 1976. Mr. Flack asked about
posting bond. Post bond or letter of credit when getting first building
permit. Base bond. on amount of work to be completed at that point. Road will
he half done when applying for first building permit. Withoiding certificate
of occupancy. if someone wants to move in file a bond at that time. The
Planning Board. advised Mr. Lucente and. Mr. liiick to get in touch with 'iown
Attorney Helen Amdnr and Highway S,ipvr_., Humphrey as far as agreement is
concerned, and. then get in touch with the Planning Board. Do not have to go
before Town Board until road is ready to be deeded to the Town.
O.edls irman Caldwell received report on work that students did as far as needs
elderly in `Gown. Worked more with active Senior Citizens on this. Health
and housing disc +.used..
Chairman Caldwell received letter from Commissioner of Planning Frank Liguori
on Guidelines for Development cinder the Selective Community Settlement Goal
