John Haight, surveyor of Cortland, N.Y. was present to represent Mr. Prouln.
Final plot plan of 4 lots presented. Mr. Haight stated plans are ready to ga
to the Health Dept., for final approval. State approved septic tank construction
details shown on map. Health Dept. did not want 1 previously accepted lot
shown on map. TTtilities are in as homes will ue b,iilt on an existing road.
Mr. Pronlx will probably construct these homes.. A question was raised about
a problem with the driveways in relation to the tile field. Mr. Haight, stated
he does not anticipate any problems with this. Board Member A. Natzke questioned
why the the field is so close to the road. Mr.. Haight stated that the Health
Dept. reviewed this matter and approved same.
Above accepted with stipulations followings
1. Final Health Dept. approval
2. -Lots not be further aubdivided
3. SCS report be obtained and followed

Mr, Conger came before the Planning Board to seek advice whether this is a

Amendment to the minutes of 12-12 -750
Coiinty Development Plan - In favor of the concept of select communities as
proposed by County Planning Dept. Approved in concept only, not speciffic
details and with understanding that self - sufficient planned unit development
would still be possible and that not every center of population would be
designated as a select community.
