Total number of lots in subdivision is 49. George Pfann9 Jra Attorney fors Mrd
Street was present at hearing to represent applicant. Name of suLdivissoAn will
be called Woodmott Homes. Subdivision will be completed in four sections.
First section completed will be lots Number lead and will front on lrioli
Settlement Rd. Health permit required on each individual lot. he Planning
Bd a instructed tafrra Street that copies of the deed res rictions, a recommendation,
from the County Planning office and a recommendation from the SCS on crosiom
control will be required before granting approval. The board also noted that
lot #9 lacks the required front footage but meets the square footage and
density requirements. It was stated there Frill be no need for addition-el
recreational land as the lots are large enough.

A letter from i1 +ra morter was read to the Board Members by Chairman Caldwell,
Applicant wishes to sell 12 acres of his property in 1 acre parcelso Lots will
have 150 ft. frontage. Mr. Nforter was present and stated he is not int;crested
in developing the land on his own but wishes to just sell the land. ArIplicant
will let Planning Bda know of his decision on building in time for a. public

Applicant has two additional. lots on Ringwood Courts
Mr. Cornelius has a major subdivision on Ringwood Court which was filed in 1961
before the adoption of subdivision regulations in the Town. Subdivision Urrdir'nco
was written May 129 1964. The Board split 3�i as to the subdivision of the two
lots being a minor° Morris Peck9 George Hanford and Barbara Caldwell said they
felt the two lots which were not included in the original subdivision should be
considered a minor subdivision because they were not included in tlae °prrbors
filing. Board Member Robert Everett stated he felt the subdivision should be
considered a. major because all the lots are originally qut of a single parcel
which for the most part is still under Mr. Go'rnelius° control. Chairmen Ba
Caldwell., read letter to the Board and Mr. Cornelius from Mr o D. WL.nter; o of the
Electric and Gas Corp. concerning underground utilities.
A Public Hearing is scheduled on this matter October 179 1974 at Bs00 p.m.
