Preliminary plans presented. Frontage meets requirements. Has R. Case
Highway Superintendent approval on road. No drainage problems. Will retain
one portion as right -of -way. Existing hoi.ise on lot #20. Four Lots have Health'
Dept. approval. Homes will be all electric. Will check on corner front lot
to see a.bol:it an easement. Will*
check with Heleu Amdur, Town Attorney about
constructing 1 home for rental. A4r. Smith will have final drawings for a
pzblic hearing scheduled for Siv 209 1973 at 80030 p.m.

Generally in favor of the plans submitted by T.C.D. Planning or Alternate Ha

the improved route.
