Mr. Walter Watson, present, had a discussion with the Board concerning
his trianp-ular parcel of property located on the corner of route 366 and
rolrt.e 13. There is a question as to whether this property is zoned
commerical. �Ir. Watson stated that he p!.irchased the land to event�tatiy
•ise cs commerical and has checked with the health Dept. on this. Applicant
will have to sec +ire a special permit to build, and the Board instructed
