Town Planning Board, Town of Dryden, New York
April 23, 1970
Present: Alton Reed, Barbara Caldwell, Frank Gigliello, George
Hanford, Henry Tarr
Absent: Nanette Keech, Morris Peck, Frank Thorpe, Jro
Recording Secretary: Suzanne Cardwell
Also present: Arthur Clark, Rocco Lucente, Duane Hurlbutt
The Town of Dryden Planning Board opened its April 23rd meeting
at 8 p.m. at the Dryden Town Hall.
Minutes of the last meeting were approved.
Certificate of Performance of Sub Division Controller were read
and a motion that these certificates be accepted as are was made by
Frank Gigliello and seconded by Barbara Caldwell.
Re: Proposed Fountain Glow Subdivision (DuamHurlbutt
Plans on 8 building lots (Sect. 3, 18 -26) were presented. Road
is being gravelled by Gallagher of Cortland. No bond necessary. Lower
Creek being leveled. Board of Health and Utilities have been approved.
Telephone and Gas and Electric rightaways have been discussed. This
proposal will be ready for public hearing at the next session in May. .
Proposed Trailer Court - Upper Creek Rd. (Rocco Lucente)
a. not being reviewed as subdivision
b. no recommendations made and no official comments made
