Ninteenth Meeting TUAIN OF DRYDEN ZONING COMMISSION March 12, 1959
brought up the question of publishing the map., and whether a printing or just
posting would be sufficient. It waa.determined from the Tgffln Law that publishing
would not be required by the law Mr. Abrams intended to look into the cost of
the Dryden paper publishing ( printing) the map along withffthe ordinance,
The question of Mr.- Harrington's cattendance was brought up. Mrs. Payne
made the suggestion that if Mr. Harrington resigns, it would be advisable to try
to fill his place on the Zoning Commission with a full -time farmer. It was also
mentioned that a full -time farmer should be placed on the Board of Appeals, which,
it was noted, would haves to be appointed at.the same time the ordinance is
adopted by the Town Board.
Mr. Sadd read a letter from an individual property olrmer from outside
the Town, commending the idea of the ordinance and. hoping that the ordinance could
effect the improvement of an unsavory situation in his Dryden neighborhood,
Mr. Gridley asked. Mr. Hanshaw if he would attend the public hearing
when set up by the Town Board., and he said he would try to do so,
