?resent at this meeting at the Town Offices, were Mr. H�trshaw, Lr. Sadd,
Mr. Paterson, 1�r. Abrams, and Mrs. Payne.
The group completed zoning the entire map of-the Tozan,nf Dryden,
strip- zoning most of the roads, and determining the placement of various
commercial districts in each neighborhood..
The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
lr. Abrams stated that the proposed zoning map would be photographicookly
r epybduced in about one week. i
Mr. Sadd suggested that we have no more S mntil after the hearings.
Mr.. Hanshaw stated,that he planned to publish information about the,
hearings by'January 209 in Dyyden Rural News and Ithaca Journal. Hp will also
have it announced on vi'OTKO and INHCU. February-4,,5, and 6 were decided upon as
tentative hearing dates at Bethel Grove, Varna and Dryden Village HH11 respectivejx,:
Eight.p.m. was decided on as the time and notes should be taken.
A discussion followed as to the .procedure to be followed at the
hearings. Ir. Sgdd suggested a. preliminary explanation of high points.
He suggested Mr. J:mes do this at Varna, Mr. McGory at Dryden, and
Mr. Paterson at Bethel Grove.
The secretary was instructed to furnish everyone with a list of officical.
procedure.
Meeting adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
