August 29, 19961
Minutes
Susie hrough will be helping Barbara Hopkins for a few weeks working on a
participant survey.
1. 3:07 p.m. meeting called to order.
2. Approval of Minutes-. "Draft" should be on top of page

Participant evaluation survey - Susie lu-ough working on this. Evaluation of youth
program managers and grogram.
What would you change, graphics, would you come back next year or would you
recommend this to your friends -- will use at end of each program-
Formal request for 1997 budget given to Steve, $1,000 scholarship for municipal jobs
grant proposal passed out (see attached), Whose letterhead do we use? Cooperative
Extension's will be used.
United av money may be something we might wan[ to apply for to get more nioney
into Dryden since we are a large town.
6. Prograrn evaluation - next meeting.

advertising to offset cost of printing -
