The meeting was called to order at 6:05 PM.

3. Draft Zoning Code Review – Phase 1 Redline
Nan shares her screen, and the group continues working on ARTICLE V – Use Regulations.
• This discussion lasted for most of the meeting till 8:20 PM, and the group covered most of
the Use table. T. Salerno asked members to send comments to him before the next
meeting to help go through the subject more quickly. Nan will clean up the edits and send
out the current Draft Redline version.
• Plan to complete rewrite in March/April. Then will distribute to the committees for any
further edits. Draft final to the public and to the TB in June/July.

Did not do approval.
