Zoning Advisory Group Meeting

Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM.
1. Welcome – Quorum Check
No Quorum
2. Public Comment Period (for items not on the agenda)
• Pete Parks and Scott Brenchley, future applicants, would like to have Pet Crematories
added to the Allowed Uses Chart. They briefly introduced their project to have a pet
crematorium on Wood Rd. It is not an allowed use at this time.

3. Data Center Local Law Update – The Town Board at the Jan. meeting voted to ban Data
Centers.
4. Draft Zoning Code Review – Phase 1 Redline
Nan shares her screen and continues with definitions at “O,” and along with the group, they
go over and make changes to her red lines on the draft document.
• This discussion lasted for most of the meeting till 8:25 PM, and the group covered all the
definitions.
5. Minutes approval – November 6, 2025, and December 4th, will be approved at the Feb.
meeting, as there was no Quorum to vote.
