Welcome – Quorum Check Quorum was established with six members present. APPROVED 12-4-25 2. Public Comment Period (for items not on the agenda) • No public comment. 3. Discussions on Phase 1 – Redlines with Nan for Zoning code review. The Board re-examined the Community Land Trust definition and made some changes. Nan shares her screen and starts with Day Care, Homes, Group Family 270.3.2, and along with the Board, they go over and make changes to her red lines on the draft document. This discussion lasted for most of the meeting till 8:05 PM, they covered up through the “M’s” and will start with the “O’s” at the next meeting. 4. Minutes approval – November 6, 2025, will be approved at the Jan. meeting. 5. January Meeting Schedule – The 1st Thursday in Jan. is New Year's Day (1-1-26), the Board chose the next meeting to be Mon. Jan. 5th, 2026 at 6 PM. T. Salerno gives thanks and recognition to Planning Board Members John Kiefer, whose term is up, and, after many dedicated years on the Board and as a former Chair, says he will be greatly missed. And Craig Anderson, thanks for his dedication to the Board as well. 6. Adjournment Meeting adjourned at 8:10 PM.
