SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
May 22, 2025

Present: Supervisor Jason Leifer, Cl Daniel Lamb, Cl Leonardo Vargas-
Mendez
Absent: Cl Christina Dravis, Cl Spring Buck
Elected Officials: Bambi L. Avery, Town Clerk
Other Town Staff: Ray Burger, Planning Director
Supv Leifer opened the meeting at 5:32 p.m. The noticed purpose of this meeting was
to review the bids received for the construction of the pedestrian bridge over Route 13. The
bids are being reviewed by the engineering firm, Erdman Anthony, and NYS DOT. An
additional analysis is being performed and was anticipated to be received this afternoon. That
has not yet been received, and until that happens the board cannot take action.
The next meeting of the Town Board is scheduled for June 12. Should the results of the
analysis come prior to that, the board may schedule another special meeting.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:36 p.m.
