Hearing #2 - 7:50 PM
Appeal made by L. Werninck & Sons of 173 Main St. Freeville, NY. Mr.
Werninck wishes permission to build a commerical storage and sales building
at approximately 324 Main St., Freeville. Applicant stated there would be
no further development of land, and would be willing to leave trees.
Board Member R. O'Brien asked about hardship. Mr. Werninck stated site is
not suitable for residnetial development of a high density nature. A
commercial building would utilize the site without draining and clearing the
land. Frontage of land used is on a state highway with no increase in
traffic on secondary roads.
Decision: Granted 5-0
Building must be set back 150 ft. from the road.
Respectfully submitted
Mary Bryant, Sec.
