Planning Dept. update from R. Burger
• Hoy Field update, there will be no night games, lighting for security only, and their traffic
study recommended not putting in a driveway on Game Farm Road. And no public access
to the fields as they need to be protected for the collegiate games.
• There will be a Caswell Rd. solar meeting, date to be announced. Tony, Brad and John
volunteer to attend the meeting.
• A couple of projects up for review are a 6-dwelling unit on a single lot -will need SPR. And
on Hanshaw Rd, a contractor yard will need to amend their SUP.
• Getting back to you about having personal email addresses like the TB has, it was decided
that the set up costs were not worth it.
Town Board update from D. Lamb
• TB did appoint a new member Spring Buck to the Board, and she also will serve on the
Conservation Board, she takes Loren’s place as he is now the Deputy Town Clerk.
• We are really working hard on the Broad Band Project
