Planning Dept. update from R. Burger
• Borger Station did their annual report, available on the website.
• FEMA did a couple of open houses this week for the new flood maps.
• May 18, the Town Board will have a hearing on the CDBG program for infrastructure.
• May’s meeting, the Town Attorney could be present so send me questions you would like
to have addressed.
Town Board update from D. Lamb
• Borger Station, permit is about 50% less emissions, cleaner air in Ellis Hollow. They
invested a lot, $60,000,000, in equipment. This bumps up our revenue by about
$200,000.
• Good news on the Tompkins Co. recovery fund money for our Broad Band project, we
are in line to receive about $75,000.
• I had a good conversation with TC3 President, and they are vey interested in the North
St. project. They have some funding for the trail coming into the Village so they will help
in whatever way they can.
Next PB meeting is 5/25/23.
The meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
Joy Foster
