Housekeeping
1.No corrections to March 2022 minutes, but no vote due to lack of quorum.
Responsibility/mission items
1.Interaction with the ToD Boards
○SPC page needs updating. Will ask Town again.

2.Local energy suppliers
○Tompkins County is transitioning to SIREN (RAVE Alert) system from Swift911. Geoff
Dunn is providing training for those who send messages. SPC senda alert messages
when the Border Compressor Station has blow downs. TC is encouraging the
community to sign up in the new system. The old list will be used for a while, but will go
away eventually. Elly is doing training (Thurs) for RAVE Mobile Safety called Tompkins
County SIREN which is replacing Swift911
3.Disaster preparedness information dissemination
○Elly delivered FEMA publications to members.
○Debra dropped off at the board of elections and is dropping publications to the plant sale
at Freeville Farmers Market.
4.Shelters spreadsheet - need to get the document cleaned up and map ready. Then talk to ToD
board.
5.Coordinate with other agencies (RC, TC) - no discussion
6.FEMA CERT program
○Need to communicate with Christina Dravis
