(send Debra application link). Post announcement in grocery store - Clarks, P&C, CTB. Create PDF for printing and send - ACTION ITEM: elly 4.Discussion on terrorist and active shooter - part of CERT. Any easy directions from FEMA, etc. Previous action Items status: ●Swift911 orientation for Elly and backup plan for Borger alerts (Christina/Elly).Status: Christina sent instructions to elly. Elly can log in and has walked through the steps to send an alert. Dana is still on the list. We should talk about who/when/backup. ●Grab the anno/link from NextDoor and send it to everyone (Elly).Status: Done ●Debra (send it to Freeville), etc.Status: Elly put ads in NextDoor and FB. ●Send link for Swift911 and AlertNY to mail list.Status:Done ●Sarah will look to see if she has animal disaster plan information to share.Status: Has in hand and will have handy for when we do CERT. ●Elly will contact Jan and get an idea of when she will be updating her list in this area. Status: Jan says they won't be doing TC anytime soon and to go ahead and update our list. Deferred agenda items for next time ●Plans for CERT class/team ●Borger document ●Bylaws submission
