Freeville Village at Google Groups Email - David Fogel ●Finalize wording of Bylaws ○Elly recommends changing to quorum wording? Agreed (quorum and majority rule) ○Other suggestions? No ○Next step: Send to board? What's that process? ●Shelters Update ○See email and newly created spreadsheet ○If Jan's not updating soon, could we go ahead? (Elly will call Jan) ○Everyone could take a few places on the list. ●EEP ○Need to update and rewrite the EEP. Makes a good outline and a place to start. Will defer to next month when Christina present. ●NYS PH Leadership Training Program ○Elly sent info in email, available for any questions. ●Pet Safety seminar: ○Interesting, but did not come away with a concrete plan (Sarah may have info) Action Items: ●Swift911 orientation for Elly and backup plan for Borger alerts (Christina/Elly) ●Grab the anno/link from NextDoor and send to everyone (Elly), Debra (send it to Freeville), etc ●Send link for Swift911 and AlertNY to mail list. ●Sarah will look to see if she has animal disaster plan information to share. ●Elly will contact Jan and get an idea of when she will be updating her list in this area. Possible agenda items for next time ●Updating EPP process? ●New member status? ●Plans for CERT class/team
