Establishment of a local FEMA CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) program” ii.Members: “Five vo:ng members with an op:on to have a non-vo:ng alternate member.” iii.Vo :ng: “Vo:ng by simple majority with a quorum of three. Votes to be cast in person or via teleconference, e.g. Zoom.” iv.Chair: “Selec:on for the commiMee chair to be done preliminarily by commiMee vote in June (annually or for 3 yr member’s term?). CommiMee selec:on then referred to the Town Board for confirma:on.” 3.Review SPC Documents, Ka:e will try to track down i.Local community contacts assembled for pandemic response ii.Template for Town Preparedness Plan (see docs aMached to email accompanying these minutes) 4.Dominion Energy Borger Compressor Sta:on – Dana ac:on items i.Pass on contact info related to Borger at next mee:ng ii.Will reach out to Don Houser of Berkshire Hathaway re: update on construc:on at Borger iii.Get clarifica:on on annual Borger public update, before or ader construc:on complete?
