3. Schedule
a. Construction Phasing
L Walk-through with contractors will produce a deliverable in the form of a schedule
ii. This is the best way to inform the project

4. RFPs
a. Prior to construction
L Customer Service Network Management RFP
1. This contractor will be able to speak to the subsequent items and offer
consultation.
2. We will seek this contractor first.
b. As construction begins
i. Network Equipment RFP
ii. IP transport RFP
iii. Customer installation RFP
iv. Billing RFP
1. Is this needed or should this be a less formal interview process?
2. Jason believes that we will need to put this out for RFP
v. Does the town have a Professional Services Agreement contract?
1. The Town does have a procurement process, but no Professional Service
Agreement Template.
2. Ryan maybe able to provide something to start from and have the Town
Attorney review.

6. Procurement - Jason and Dan are reviewing these options and will share their findings.
a. Omnia Partners Review -widely used by municipalities
i. This would mostly entail the equipment and labor to install.
ii. It puts these items on a state contract pricing.

a. Dryden's Utility Easement review Village Roads & Rail trail
i. Jason confirmed that this is a utility easement
b. NYSEG Agreement/Negotiations?
i. Contact for negotiations
ii. $20 per pole per year for aerial attachment is typical
c. Properties — Town Hall, Pinckney Rd, Splitter cabinet in Freeville
