Inform  public  of  Dominion  Energy’s  Permit  Applications  to  the  DEC  to   upgrade  equipment  to  significantly  reduce  emissions  from  the  Borger   Station   2. CERT  Updates   a. 501c3  application  submitted  by  Christina  Dravis   i. Non-­‐profit  status  granted  on  June  17,  2019   b. Grant  Application  Preparation  –  Janice  and  Tony  Bretscher   i. Rotary  Club  of  Ithaca   ii. According  to  2018  FEMA  document  on  disability  demographics,  10-­‐15%  of   Dryden  residents  have  disabilities   b. Katie  will  continue  to  work  with  this  community  action  group   c. Explore  ways  to  ‘mainstream’  disabled  issues  into  the  CERT  course  or  other   emergency  preparedness  trainings  offered  by  the  town   d. Discussed  how  to  identify  disabled  individuals  in  the  Town  of  Dryden   i. Handicapped  Parking  Hangers  distributed  through  the  Town   ii. NYSEG  list  of  customers  on  oxygen   f. Citizens  Preparedness  Presentation  at  Neptune  Hose  Fire  Dept.  (Village  of  Dryden)   a.
