Avery, Town Clerk Other Town Staff: Deputy Supervisor Leifer opened the meeting at 1:38 p.m. He explained that William Dilger has indicated that he would like to be buried on private property owned by Mary Ann Sumner and Christopher Dilger at 106 Neimi Road. This would require a written agreement between the town and the property owner and has been done on a couple of other occasions. The town would not be responsible for any maintenance of the site. The agreement will be recorded in the County Clerk’s office and indexed against the property so that any future property owner would be aware of the gravesite. RESOLUTION #103 (2015) – APPROVE BURIAL AGREEMENT Cl Solomon offered the following resolution and asked for its adoption: RESOLVED, that this Town Board hereby approves an agreement for a private burial site at 106 Neimi Road (tax parcel #39.-1-29.1) and the Deputy Town Supervisor is hereby authorized to execute the same on behalf of the Town. 2nd Cl Lavine Roll Call Vote Cl Solomon Yes Cl Leifer Yes Cl Lavine Yes There being no further business, on motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned at 1:43 p.m. Respectfully submitted, Bambi L.
