A public hearing to Consider the application submitted by DONALD ROOKER
of 212 Main Street , Ppt . No 2 , Freeville , New York to install a
Double - wide Mobile Home at 701 West Dryden Road , Freeville , NY , without
installation of the Dryden Town Required exterior skirting wall and is
requesting a variance to section 309 of Mobile Home Ordinance of the
Dryden Town Zoning Ordinance .
A public hearing was duly conducted by the Town of Dryden Board of Zoning
Appeals on Wednesday , November 6 , 1991 with members present : Chairman
John ( Jack ) Baker , Dominic Bordonaro , Francis DiTommaso and Alan LaMotte .
FINDINGS :
1 . The Applicant did prove an economical hardship in the amount of
2 . There was no neighborhood opposition to granting this variance .
® 3 . The alternative suggested by the applicant meets the spirit of
the Zoning Law by providing a neat appearance and permanence .
Francis DiTommaso moved that the applicants be granted a variance as
applied for in the application .

BARBARA DUCLOS of 68 Turkey Hill Road , Ithaca , New York 'to construct a
front porch and deck for their existing home closer than the required 70
feet from the center line of Turkey Hill Road and are requesting a
variance to section 703 . 01 of the Dryden Town Zoning Ordinance .
A public hearing was duly conducted by the Town of Dryden Board of Zoning
Appeals on Wednesday , November 6 , 1991 with members present : Chairman
John ( Jack ) Baker , Dominic Bordonaro , Francis DiTommaso and Alan LaMotte .
FINDINGS :
1 . The variance requested significantly improves the safety of the
entrance to this house with a minimal to no impact on the
neighborhood .
The neighbor most affected was here in person to support the
® granting of the variance , and there was no opposition .

Duclos as requested .
