The existing right of way location already exceeds the Town requirement, under normal circumstances, by approx. 17 feet. If I take this 15 feet set back it places me approx. 80 feet from the center line instead of the normal 33 + 15 or 48 feet making it difficult to read, creating a potential traffic hazard. OThe Public Hearing was opened by Acting Chairman Francis DiTommaso and stated: Mr. Chang -Ho Park has been denied permission letters to construct an Automotive Repair Shop and Used Car Lot at Rt. 13 and Etna Lane /Kirk Road in violation of Section 750 Allowed Uses.
