Atty Perkins said he will not be at the meeting on the 18th, but has provided the board
with a resolution for consideration at that meeting. The resolution makes certain
determinations that the hearing was posted and published, that the hearing is regular, that all
the property owners within the extension are benefitted, and that the establishment of the
extension is in the public interest. It will be known as the Cortland Road Sewer District:
Extension No. 1 and be bounded according to the legal description in the map, plan and report.
The adoption of that resolution by the board is subject to a permissive referendum. However,
® the only people who could trigger a referendum have to be located within the district.
The board then reviewed the Short Environmental Assessment Form for this action.
