upv Trumbull opened the rneeting at 7 :05 p.m, and led board members and audience
in the pledge of allegiance,
On motion made, seconded and unanimously carried the board moved into executive
session at 7,05 p_m_ to dis�uss labor negotiations and the possible acquisition of real property,
where publicity would substantially affect the value thereof.
The board carne back into regular session at 8:08 p.1n.
RESOLUT10N #181 - APPROVE 14 MORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH
TEAMSTERS LOCAL 317
I Christofferson offered the foliowing resolution and asked for its adoption:
Whe=sI the Town of Dryden has bargained in rl good faith with Teamsters Local 317 and
reached an understanding to ainend the current agreement, which amendment provides for a
substantial decrease in the cost of health insurance coverage for employees of the Town of
Dryden and a $1,000 bonus for einployccs covered ureter the bargaining unit, together with pay
increases over a period of tilne,

R SOL ED, that this "Town Board hereby approves the memorandum of understanding
between the 'fo)Am of Dryden and Teamsters ]vocal 317, and the S upervisor is hereby authorized
to execute the same, subject to review by the Town's designated allCrnc .

The Supervisor's secretary will concict the Town Attorney and have hiin review the
documents prior to sending them on to the Union.
