Supv Schug cal led the meeting to order at 12 noon Members and guests participated in the Pledge of Allegiance Roll call was by the Town Clerk : Present : Supv Schug , Clm Walbridge , Clm Hatfield and Atty Perkins Absent : Clm Corrigan and Clm R obert s RESOLUTION # 174 -- 1990 DRYDEN LAKE _.. Clm Walbridge offered the following resolution and asked for its adoption : ( copy in minute book ) 2nd Clrn Hatfield Roll call vote -- all voting Yes DISCUSSION J ustice Lloyd -- informed the Town Board regarding cases in the court system that have not complied with the zoning ordinance and appears that they are not going to comply in spite of ✓ elatively large fines and incarceration . 2 . 0 . Slater has cited them for zoning violations several tines and they just will not comply . He does have a warrant out for his arrest . Atty Perkins - the court system can only go so far so you would sue the owner of the trailer in Supreme Court to enjoin him from continuing trailers on the land and to remove them . You would n eed the Supreme Court to enforce the actual removal of the trailers from the property . This court does not have that jurisdiction . S upv Schug -- authorized Atty Perkins to take whatever steps are n ecessary to get the property in compliance with the zoning ordinance . pESOLUTION # 175 Clm Hatfield offered the following resolution and asked for its adoption : RESOLVED , that this Town Board authorize Atty Perkins to commence further action to cause the removal of the trailers on property that are not in compliance with the zoning ordinance . and Clm Walbridge Roll call vote - all voting Yes S usanne Lloyd Town Clerk 4440.4t-pc&_. 41-61k
