Members and guests participated to the Pledge of Allegiance Roll call was by the Town Clerk : Present : Supv Schug , Elm Evans , Clw Walhridt e and fatty Perkins Absents Clara Hatfield and Clrai Sarlock There was considerable discussion regarding the charge for out of district users for Monkey Run Water and Sewer Dist . Supv Schug - the estimate for Hunt Engineer' s for total construction cost for Wilcox Press is $ 155 , 000 . 00 . Supv Schug W If a line or a situation is sized anything over and above what he needs to serve his purposes , that the Town or the district should pay for the oversize pipe . Atty Perkins -- that can ' t be done right now , Clm Evans - the Town couldn ' t pay for it because it iini ' t for the good of the whole town , Atty Perkins - if the improvement was being made as part of the district , than we could pass on the excess capacity , the cyst for increasing it town wide , but this is not a district improvement . A •! \ . - -- his concerns are if Wilcox Press relied on assurances that it would only be straight rate , there retiancts is misplaced and ill founded . -, - no matter what is dune , the Town needs to make it cl ar , and the ✓ ecord should be clear , that whatever the Town dries with this particular project f W i l ccm Press ) is not to be deemed a precedent for, future projects . RESOLUTION 4492 APPROVE: COMPUTER PURCHASE Clm Evans offered the following resolution and asked for its adoption : RESOLVED , that this Town Board approve the purchase of a computer system for the Zoning Office not to exceed $ 4 , 500 . 00 from Associated Computer Products . 2nd Clm Garlock Roll call vote - all voting Yes Clm Evans -- requested Atty Perkins to prepare a draft local law for banning sludge dumping in the Town of Dryden Adjourned : 1 : 3OPM 4: II }/e-caryt-t_ Susanne Lloyd Town Clerk
