HomeMy WebLinkAbout1988-04-04 TOWN BOARD MEETING ® APRIL 4 , 1988 S pecial meeting was called to order at 12 : 00 PM by Deputy Supv G arlock Roll call was by the Town Clerk : P resent - Deputy Supv Garlock , Clm Schlecht , Clm Evans and Clm H atfield Absent - Supv Cotterill and Atty Perkins RESOLUTION # 80 APPOINT SUPERVISOR Clm Evans offered the following resolution and asked for its adoption : RESOLVED , that this Town Board appoint Clinton E Cotterill as Supervisor for the Town of Dryden which term will expire December 31 , 1988 . 2nd Clm Hatfield Roll call vote - all voting Yes H wy Supt Gilbert would like to rebid some plow equipment and reject all previous bids . RESOLUTION # 81 REJECT & REBID PLOW EQUIPMENT Clm Schlecht offered the following resolution and asked for its adoption : RESOLVED , that this Town Board authorize Hwy Supt Gilbert to reject all bids for plow equipment and dump box and to rebid for the dump box . 2nd Clm Hatfield Roll call vote - all voting Yes RESOLUTION # 82 SELL PICKUP & SHOP TRUCK Clm Hatfield offered the following resolution and asked for its adoption : RESOLVED , that this Town Board authorize Hwy Supt Humphrey to sell o ne used pickup truck and one shop truck and the money from the sale of the trucks goes back to the highway equipment budget . 2nd Clm Schlecht Roll call vote - all voting Yes Clm Evans - wanted to know when the residents from Snyder Hill Rd w ould be able to hook up the the water district ?
