HomeMy WebLinkAbout1988-02-16 3i TOWN BOARD MEETING ® SPECIAL MEETING FEBRUARY 16 , 1988 Minutes of the special meeting held Feb 16th Roll call was by the Town Clerk : Present : Supv Cotterill , Clm Schlecht , Clm Garlock , Clm Evans , Clm Hatfield and Atty Perkins Atty Perkins - went over the proposed amendments regarding mobile h omes and mobile home parks with the Board members and there was considerable discussion . Also discussion regarding planned unit development and Supv Cotterill appointed Clm Schlecht to work on the wording and conditions and come back to the Board with the suggested modifications . The following decisions were made . - - The Town Board has made a decision on the new proposed zoning map d ated Jan 28th 1988 . - - The planned unit development changes which Clm Schlecht will be w orking on . - - Moblie home ordinance as far as siting goes . - - Any mobile home placed now will have to have house type siding and house type roofing . - - Reference to house type siding and house type roofing will be e ither in the zoning ordinance or the mobile home ordinance . - - RBI. Zone - new and replacement will only be double wide . - - RC Zone - mobile home will be allowed provided they have house type roofing and house type siding . - - RB Zone - replacement will only be a double wide . - - RD Zone - replacement only with a comparable mobile home , but no smaller than the one that is being replaced and meets all mobile h ome requirements . Atty Perkins will have the new draft for mobile homes written up f or the March Board meeting so that it can be introduced and a public hearing scheduled . Clm Garlock retracted his second to the motion and Clm Evans ✓ etracted his motion to allow mobile homes in RD ; RC ; and RB1 zones . Adjourned 1 : 00PM Susanne Lloyd Town Clerk
