Attorney Perkins will draw up t he custodial agreement effective February 1 , 1988 . 2nd Clm Schlecht Roll call vote - all voting Yes RESOLUTION 060 AUTHORIZE HIGHWAY SUPERINTENDENT TO PURCHASE 2 NEW & UNUSED 1988 PICKUP TRUCKS e lm Garlock offered the following resolution and asked for its adoption : RESOLVED , that this Town Board authorize Hwy Supt Gilbert to purchase 2 new and unused 1988 pickup trucks on state contract . 2nd Calm Hatfield Roll call vote - all voting Yes RESOLUTION # 61 AUTHORIZE HIGHWAY SUPERINTENDENT TO ADVERTISE TO SELL 2 1984 GMC PICKUP TRUCKS Clm Hatfield offered the following resolution and asked for its adoption RESOLVED , that this Town Board authorize Hwy Supt Gilbert to advertise to sell 2 1984 GMC pickup trucks . 2nd Clm Garlock Roll call vote ° all voting Yes RESOLUTION # 62 AUTHORIZE , ELECTION CUSTODIANS TO ATTEND TRAINING SESSION Clm Schlecht offered the following resolution and asked for its adoption ; RESOLVED , that this Town Board authorize Ronald Roberts and Charles B reckheimer to attend on - site training for voting machines on March 12 , 1988 at the Holiday Inn and to pay their expenses . 2nd Clm Garlock Roll call vote - all voting Yes Susanne Lloyd Town Clerk
