Town board of the town of Dryden was held in the Town
Office Buildingon the 6th of rebruary 1953 at 7 : 30 p . m .
Present were Supervisor Downey , Highway Super
tntendent Stacy Beach And Justices Spaulding , Baker
Whitford. and Shaw . Superviso r- Downey Presided .
Minutes of the previous meeting were read £o

Moved by Justice Spaulding and seconded by
Justice Baker that the general Bills amounting to
02 , 654 . 84 with the youth project bill of 1266 . 18 total -
ing ? 92Q .40 be paid as audited . . A roll call vote was to
taken . All justices voting yes .
Moved. by Justice Whitford and seconded by Jus -
tice Baker that all highway bills amounting to $ 1500 . 00
be paid as audited . Roll call vote . All justices voti ng
YES .

report has been completed and is on file in the town
Office Building for examinati on .

WWhitford that in vies ofthe addition expense in -
volvedi in setting up another election district in Dis -
trict No 1 , it will be more " satifactory to keep the
present polling itdaee in Varna by the use of two voting
machines and not make any dh anges .
A roll call vote was taken . All justices vot -
ing Yes .
Mr . Shaw reported , the delegate to the Ass -
ociation of Towns made a report on the meeting held in
New York . - -

Justice Shaw that that Mr , Downey and Mr . Whitford
present a letter to the Rural News the necessity of
having a buildingadequate to house the equipment owned
by the town .
