Downey , Hw ' y Supt , Stacey Beach , / Justices - _ , . Alvord Baker , Aramteaci , Dewey Whitford, and Francis Shaw . . Moved by Justice Whitford and seconded by Justice Baker that the highway billsrtotaling $ 1 , 356 . 38 be paid as audited . Carried by roll call vote . All justices voting " yes . " Moved - by Justice Baker and . seconded by Justice Shaw that the generals bills totaling $ 241 , 74plus youth project bills totaling 4281 . 20 be paid as - audited , Carried by roll call vote . All justices voting yes , Moved by Justice Baker and seconded by Justice Whitford that a, 11 bills and checks should be issued by December 16th . Carried and so 1/ - ordered . Moved by Justice Shaw and seconded by Justice Whitford that Dec . 29th at 9 : 00 A . M . be designated.:: as annual audit day . Carried and so ordered , , • Moved by Justice Whitford and seconded by Justice Baker that the First National Bank of Dryden be designated as a depository for the town monies for the year 1951 . Carried and so ordered . • , Moved by Justice Baker and seconded by Justice Whitford that a public hearing on Fire contracts be held December 29th at 2 : 00 P . Mg Carried . . Moved by Justice Whitford and seconded by Justice Shaw that theft insurance be carried for a period of three months on the Town Clerk acting as Collector of taxes . Carried by a roll call vote . All justices votthng Yes . • Justice Baker offered the followi4g resolution and asked itsr adoption : Whereas , the Town Superintendent of Highways - didf o n the 14th day of November , 1950 , duly recommended the _ p purchase of certain machinery pursuant to the provisions-- of Sedation 142 of the Highway Law and a notice of such ✓ ecommendation has been duly published as provided in such action . Now , therefore , be it resolved , that pursuant to section 142 of the Highway Law the Highway Superintendent is hereby authorized to purchase from Brockway Motor Co . , Inc . o ne Brockway 260XW Dump truck for a total price of M E1; 00 Skv trade in allowance on wrecked truck being $ 1375.. 00 . Present were Justices Spaulding , Alvord Baker , Ara • Johnson , Dewey Whitford and Francis Shaw . Justice Baker nominated Justice Spaulding as Chairman of the audit board . Seconded by Justice Whitford . .1/ . All books of the Town Supervisor , Chas . Downey and the Highway Superintendent , Stacey Beach were checked . Notice of the Public Hearing on Fire protection • contracts as published was read at 2 : 00 P . M . Moved by Justice Baker and seconded by Justice Shaw that the he - be recessed until 5 : 00 P . M . Carried . All justice dockets were inspected and checked . Moved by Justice Whitford And seconded by Justice that the books be accepted as audited . Carried . i3Ake R, At 3 ; Q4 - P . M . the Board discussed the Fire Contracts and there being no interested persons present the hearing closed .
