Ptsent !t were Supervisor Charles Downey, ; Hwy : Supt ; Stacy Beach: and Justices . ' Harry Spaulding , Alvord Baker , Ara Johnson , Dewey Whitford and Francis Shaw ; • Moved by Justice Spaulding and seconded by Justice Shaw that the General bills totaling 4 90 . 88 plus the Bethel Grove Youth pboject bills totaling 4 31 : 60 be paid as audited ; Carried by a roll call vote : All Justices voting Yes ; Moved by Justice Baker and seconded by Justice Whitford that the Highway bills totaling $ 267 ; 63 be paid as audited . Carried by a roll call _ vote . All Justices voting Yes . • Moved by Justice Baker and seconded by Justice Spaulding that 4 5400 be transferred from - General fund to Highway Item 111 . Carried and so ordered ; •Mr George B . Bailey of Bailey Insurance andrMr Carl Hoffman , Agency Supervisor for the_ Lumbermans Mutual Casuality Company were present to discuss with the Board the Insurance needs of the Town of Dryden; Referred to the Insurance Committee for further study ; Members of the Board set April 8th. as the date for the Spring road tour , starting at 9 : A . M . Executive meeting to be called at 1 : 0 P . M . on the same day to transact such business as may properly come before the Board; The next regular monthly meeting to be held on May 3rd: , 1950 at 8 : 00 P . M . M . on April 8 , 1950 . 4 Present Supervisor Charles Downey , Bert I . Vann , Co . Hwy . Supt . , Stacy Beach and Justices Spaulding , Baker , Johnson Whitford and Shaw . The following Agreements for the Expenditure of Highway moneys were made and duly signed . ( A ) Permanent Improvements in the following order , Washington District $ 1200 . 00 Bone- Plains road 3000 . 00 Gravel - Plantation Hill • 1000 . 00 ( B ) Lansing - Ithaca Town Line v 4000 . 00 Double surface treatment General Repairs 7335 . 10 106 . 94 miles 3 Contingent Fund $ 1500 . 00 Move by Justice Whitford and seconded by Justice Shaw that the Town of Dryden Liability Insurance be carried with the George Bailey Insurance also that Mr Bailey be instructed to write a General Liability Policy to cover the Town; Carried and so ordered . .
