Motion made by Spaulding , seconded by Beck to pay bills as read . Carried
by roll call vote all yes .
Balance of all Town Bills read , and motion. made '1.by - Munsey seconded by
? TC:orrrelius to pay these bills as read , carried by roll call vote all yes .
• A^ motion: wassmade by Beck Tor Supv to check with other towns in
. regards to amounts . paid to Custodians of Voting machines , seconded by
V ,ornelius and carried by roll call vote ; all yes .
Mr Munsey reported that he had talked with Co . '°'upt of Highways in
regards to a transfer of money appropreated for the Mott read , to the German
road and found that it could be done . A motion was made by munsey to transfer
$ 2500 . 00from Mott road to German road ! seconded by Spaulding and carried by
roll call voet all yes but Beck who voted no .
A motion was made by Spaulding to renew the Fire insurancre policy
on the voting machines , seconded by baker and carriedby roll call vote1all ye
Mrs Nicely , weifare officer ask for an increase in her salary . Motion
made by Cornelius Seconded by baker to consider this at the next meeting .
Upon motion made and seconded meeting was adjourned, .

The town board inert at the office of the town clerk in a - special session ,
for the purpose of changing road appropreations . all justices were present , ;.
also Supt of - highways and welfare officer , and a delegation from the mott road . ,
Mr munsey.= stated that when he made the motion in a previous meeting to . ' , #-.‘
transfer $ 2500 . 00 ! from the :Mott road to • the german road it was the intentions
of the board that ; the balanc&p2 monies ' approbated for that road , being $ 2500 . 0
should remain on thetMott road INNS& project .
Atmotion was made by Spaulding to • make the Mott road the first one \t, o be
improved in thespring of1I94I and to return the $ 2500 . 00 approbated to 'Iha ' •
project . Seconded by Cornelius' and carried - by roll call ' vote , , All yes . J
A motion was made by Cornelius seconded by Spaulding to leave 42500 , 00
approbated to Mott road on that project , fbr the purpose of starting work
on said road if time and weather permits ,
A letter was read from Village clerk of Freeville with a check for # 566 . 25
for improvement on Lina lane road . and that they had sent a check to Moran and
leason for $ I33 ! 75 for oiling same ,
Spaulding ask for information concerning the cost of the Lina Lane road
Cost to Town Cost to the Village &Etc .
Motion was made by Spaulding to transfer p1800 , 00 Beverage tax , general
fund to Item 3 Highway ; , seconded by BEck , and carried by roll call vote, .
Supv , ask if A , W . P . A . project was desired by the board . no action
was taken .
Upon motion made and seconded the meeting was adjourned
