moved from CU to IC to (hopefully) TC3. He asked for contact information for the Town and Village which was
given. They might be interested in keeping the event at TC3 annually if everyone is amenable and after they see
how this year goes. They would start small this year and not do VIP or extra party events.

it a success for all involved.

The majority of people in the Town of Dryden that use the partnership are from the West end of town. Usage has
increased in recent years. We could not run the programs for this population for what we spend on this
partnership. That in addition to the fact that this section of Town is Ithaca School District allows these kids to be
in programs with their school mates. This is a good deal all around,
M Knight made a motion to recommend the town continue the recreation partnership for another year with
the suggestion that mutual advertising resume. V Wilkins seconded the motion. There was a brief discussion
involving the possibility of asking the town to research replacing this partnership with programs provided by the
Recreation Department. The vote included: 6 Ayes, 1 Nay, and 1 Abstention, the motion passed.
12. Dryden Lake Festival
M Knight will send minutes of the meeting out to everyone by email,

unanimously at 9:00 pm,
