Coord.: Jennifer Dube Absent: Dan Schmohe Approve 3 /1/06 Meeting Minutes Recreation Coordinator Monthly Report (Jennifer Dube) reported on activities. Skate park derno April 29h at Montgomery Park 10 —1. Club Dryden at Dryden Muddle school Friday April 28th 6 — 8:30 Establish 2006 DRC Annual Goals 2006 DRC Membership vacancies status — Looking at a person from Ellis Hollow that could not be at April's meeting. DRC Brochure - review 4th draft —made some print location changes so all areas look the same . Put Special Seasonal Events in the same winter /spring /summer /fall order as the on going activities. DRC Logo would like to get info out and have them back for us to judge at Dairy Days Updates: 1) Montgomery Park upgrades/repairs information; 2) Town /School facilities use agreement; signage & banner; recreation vs. Town newsletter; SUCC recreation survey presentation to Village; annual egg hunt; other next Meeting May 3rd Recorded by Tracy Kurtz in Lisa's absence
