PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
TOWN OF VIRGIL PLANNING BOARD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the Town of Virgil
Planning Board on 28 September 2020, 7 p.m., at the Town Hall, 1176 Church Street, in
the Town of Virgil, New York, to consider the application of Kerry Moore, Applicant/Property
Owner, for property located at 2454 Gee Hill Road, Tax Map #115.00-11-11.000, to
subdivide this 21.83± A. parcel into three lots, and for a Conditional Permit for a Home
Occupation (hair salon).
The above applications are available at www.virgilny.org or contact the office of the Town
Clerk at (607) 835-6174, Ext. 2. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in
person, by attorney, or other representative. Communications in writing in relation thereto
may be filed ahead of time with the Board or at such hearing.
Attendance at the meeting will require wearing a mask and practicing social
distancing. It is requested that only one member of the household attend due to
space limitations.
