THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN.OF DANBY WAS HELD JUNE 1311988;
AT .THE DANBY TOWN HALL, 1830 DANBY ROAD, DANBY, N. Y., COUNTY OF TOMPKINS. THE
MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER BY SUPERVISOR FREDRIC DIETRICH AT 8:15 PM.

COUNTY BUDGET GUIDELINES HAVE PASSED, 5% INCREASE AT MOST. T'OM'TRAN SERVICE
HAS PASSED, WORK TO BE DONE ON THE OLD COURT HOUSE, LIBRARY,
COUNTY PASSED A, SMOKING POLICY, SOME OF US VOTED AGAINST IT, THE UNION TURNED
17' DOWN, FLAG DAY PARADE-YESTERDAY WAS THE LARGEST EVER IN ITHACA.
SUPERVISOR DIETRICH STATED HE IS IN CONTACT WITH D.O.T..ABOUT THE SPEED LIMIT
AND PARKING ON THE ROADS, MR. PROTO REPORTED PLANNING DEPT. IS REVIEWING
THE PLANS FOR D.S.S. MOVING BACK DOWNTOWN. REVIEW OF THE ANNUAL CRESK
MAINTENANCE GOING ON AT PRESENT,
SUPERVISOR DIETRICH STATED THAT THE PRELIMINARY FIGURES HAVE COME OU7'
FROM THE CITY AND RELEASED TO THE TOWN ON THE CITY /COUNTY PROPOSITION AND
TH/;RF. IS A COUPLE OF ISSUES WITH THAT:
1. THE TOWN OF DANBY GOT THEIR BILL FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM,
