SOME 45 ACRES (PUD) TO BUILD 24 HOUSES, THIS WOULD BE ON THEIR PROPERTY OFF
OLD TOWN ROAD. THE SUBDIVISION WOULD REQUIRE A ROAD INTO THE DEVELOPMENT
