Covered at the meeting were sections 420 -430. The following actions
were takpns
It was decided to ask Gary.Fvans why .section 4201 Appeals and Varianr_,ps,
:'.ors not follow section 405, Board of Zoning Appeals. Gary was also
t;; !1e :asker1 why in section 423.2 the public notice requirements are
1.0 days in some instances and 5 days in others. In section 425.6,
the words "no later than" were added following' "amended" and pre -
cPding "15 days". In section 426 number 1, the word. "lot" was insert-
ed. after "as to ". Similarly, in the title of section 427, "lot"
wq,s inserted after "as to ". This change was also made in the first
line of section 427. Regarding section 429, it was decld.pd. to ask
Oary Evans whether the "Public Access" referred to is actually a
road frontage requirement, and' if so, whether there is .good, rpgson
not to call it that,

The meeting was called to order at 1, :33 P.M.
Minutes of the December meeting were unavailable for approval since
Dor, Graham had the final cony and could not attend because of illness,
Bob Dtitchpr showed the Board a new'copy of the Zoning man. It was
a?rPed, thIt. other, smaller, copies should be. made for the Zoning
o,r1cPr and the Town Office, It was also agreed that the Planned
Develonmpnts passed since the. map was drafted should. be added. Bob
sa.l,l ':hat Gary Evans had expressed °a' willingness to work with him
on that and the. Board urged. him to proceed in doing so,
The Board worked on the draft zoning ordinance for a while, cover.in
sections 431 and 432. The follow in; changes were mades
In section 431.7, the words "no later than" were added followin_;
„amend.Pd "a,nd before "15 days ". In section 432, the word "ma.y" in
the% second line of the text was changed to ,must ",

Thera followed a. discussion with the members of the Town Board,
present of the advisability of committing the Town to acceptin a
new road to the Hovenecs' Pla.nned..DevPlonmPnt, which road is to
t.raversP the lands of Jamns an:i Angela. Block to the north. R1
explained that such a commitme'nt"was necessary in order for Jim
Hovanec to secure funning allowing .construction to proceed,. A.
private road would not satis'f'y the banks, according to Ric.
Thn Planning Board members thought that that> commitment: should '-)n
avoidgnd. if at all possible, but no formal action was taken by the
Board .
