BE BINDING, THAT IS REALLY AN AMENDMENT OF THE PUD
THAT THE RESOLUTION WOULD NOW BE PASSED TO APPROVE
THE PUD AS A FINAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT AND WE'
WOULD ISSUE BUILDING PERMITS, SECOND POINT WE
WOULD SUB - CONTRACT THE COST OF REPAIRING THE ROAD
WITH THE HOVANECS TO BRING IT UP TO TOWN SATIS-
FACTION TO GET FIRE TRUCKS, EMERGENCY VEHICLES,
AND SNOW .PLOWS IN AND OUT OF THE PUD EVEN DURING
CONSTRUCTION, NO ONE.WOULD.BE' LIVING THERE YET.
HOVANEC'S WOULD TAKE" THE RISK OF THE COST OF THE
