.'Clmn. Dietrich updated information regarding Landfill
and resolutions from the Board
#1 Did not want Landfill in Danby
#2 Drawn up with the Planning Board regarding impact
of Landfill on Town and Compensation should be
considered. We felt these resposibilities were County
wide and should be mutually shared by all residences.
Clmn. Dietrich took these before the Solid Wastes
Committee and discussed legal rights of Towns, if they
do not wish to have the Landfill.
Board of Reps. meeting, July 14,1987 at 5030PM
Clmn. Dietrich also felt one or two people should go
to this meeting and ask to be heard and explain that
the Town of Danby will do everything legally possible
